Iceland: not just volcanos and good music

Just a short blog to say that if you are ever in Iceland, or have a stop over in Reykjavik with Iceland Air, I highly recommend that you give this yogurt like treat a go. Skyr is delicious. I mean the way they spell blueberry/bilberries, bláber, just sounds fun to eat.
